Ray Woodason
Executive Director
Ray became EnviroTREC’s Executive Director in 2025. He brings over three decades of experience working within the Manitoba aerospace community in various functions, including propulsion engineering, research and technology, turbine engine airworthiness, and technical training. Ray holds a Master’s in Aerospace Engineering from the Royal Military College of Canada and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
Alfonz Koncan
Director of Business Development and Government Relations
Alfonz has had an extensive career in the academic, private and public sectors. His career has been built in Ontario and Manitoba working with SME’s, universities, research institutions, hospitals, colleges and Indigenous communities. During his career, a broad set of technology transfer and business management skills were honed while developing a considerable investment portfolio of projects. Alfonz Koncan played a key supporting role in the development of an industry-led exercise that established Manitoba’s Aerospace Technology Roadmap.
