West CaRD and EnviroTREC announced in October 2011 that they had signed a Memorandum of Agreement. WestCaRD is a Not-For-Profit, which partners Standard Aero and General Electric in a unique facility at the Winnipeg Airport. The object of WestCaRD is to promote, perform, support, enable, or otherwise facilitate both R&D and technology development activities in aerospace.
